Doug Jenks counsels employers regarding a variety of legal matters including industrial accidents, employment issues, workers' compensation, and OSHA inspections and citations. He also handles general business litigation and insurance defense claims, and advises trade associations.

He represents clients before the Ohio Industrial Commission, Common Pleas Courts, Courts of Appeals, and the Ohio Supreme Court. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Tenth Circuits. His OSHA practice is essentially nationwide.

Doug is an at-large member of the Dayton Bar Association Board of Trustees, and is the past Chair of the DBA's Workers’ Compensation Committee. He frequently speaks to industry groups regarding regulatory compliance, workplace safety, workers’ compensation, and OSHA matters. Doug also writes and publishes articles on these topics and has been repeatedly recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer.

Doug is a proud native of Dayton, Ohio. Ask him about the Wright Brothers. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio;  a Master of Arts degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh; and a law degree from the University of Dayton.  Doug is a Director at AM+F.
